BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS 
 
To take a provisional booking we will need to know your approximate numbers, timing 
and if an evening party is to follow the wedding reception 
 
We require a letter of confirmation together with a £400 non-refundable deposit 
within 14 days to secure your booking. 
 
We will be pleased to make an appointment with you to discuss 
your food and drinks menu plus other details, including a suitable seating plan. 
We will then organise an estimate of the total bill. 
 
THREE MONTHS BEFOREHAND 
 
50% of the bill is payable, based on the estimate. 
 
ONE MONTH BEFOREHAND 
 
The final pre-payment is payable. 
 
ONE WEEK BEFOREHAND 
 
Final numbers to be confirmed in writing. 
We cannot decrease numbers after this time. 
 
 
Any extra charges incurred on the date must be settled before departure. 
 
 
 
Prices include V.A.T., are correct at the time of going to print and are valid until 
31st December 2011 but could be subject to change owing to circumstances 
beyond our control, for example a change in the rate of V.A.T. or excise duty. 
 
Accepted methods of payment are by Authorised Cheque, Cash or Credit Card. 
A Credit Card payment, however, will incur a surcharge 
(2.5% for Master Card and Visa & 4% for Diners & American Express) 
 
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation the deposit is forfeited. 
We also reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, depending on length of notice, 
50% of the estimate it within 6 months, 75% if within 3 months 
 
We recommend that you take out a wedding plan insurance, 
which would cover all aspects of your wedding, honeymoon, etc.
